*All winter bookings are subject to a two night minimum stay
*The maximum number of guests in each room is:
Rooms 4,5,6,7,8:	Four (4) people
Rooms 1,3:	Five (5) people
Room 2:	Six (6) people

Whole Lodge:35 beds, nightly midweek	3650

 

Rates Information

Lodge capacity is 35 people

A contintental breakfast is included. Self catering for all other meals.

Bed linen is supplied. Guests need to bring their own towels.

Please Note:

1. Persons use the lodge and facilities entirely at their own risk and Coonamar Ski Club Pty Ltd assumes no responsibility for loss or injury to personal property and/or persons.
2. We strongly recommend insurance against the loss of deposit in the event of having to cancel your reservation for whatever reason.
3. The lodge manager may terminate a booking at any time (such termination to take effect immediately) if the conduct of a guest unreasonably interferes with the enjoyment of the lodge by members or other guests, or poses a risk of damage to the lodge, it's contents or the property of others. If the booking is cancelled in these circumstances, any accommodation fee for the remainder of the booking will be forfeited by the guest and will not be refunded.
4. A police officer is located on the mountain. If appropriate, the Police will be called to deal with guests whose behaviour interferes with others.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be in writing to bookings@coonamar.org.au.

90% refund if cancelled 28 days or more before the period booked.

75% refund if cancelled between 14 and 27 days before the period booked.

No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before the period booked.
